Non-Superwash Bouncy Merino - Aran weight - Ready to Ship

This is a beautifully soft and substantial Aran weight Merino yarn with a high twist and plenty of natural bounce. Its tightly plied construction creates excellent stitch definition and a fabric that feels smooth and velvety while holding its shape beautifully.

Made from 100% non-superwash Merino Wool, it is particularly well suited to sweaters and other garments where structure and definition are important. Cables, ribbing and textured stitch patterns stand out beautifully, while the high twist also gives dyed colourways wonderful depth and definition. The non-superwash fibre retains the natural character of the Merino Wool and produces a warm, comfortable fabric.

I use acid dyes that result in vibrant permanent colours. I recommend to handwash a ready item in cool water with as little movement as possible for best results. Some colours might bleed at first wash.
