Refunds and returns

We accept returns and will refund your money, please contact within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs. Items must be in original state, for example, skeins should not be wound into cakes if they were shipped to you in skeins.

In the event that a parcel is not delivered and is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund issued.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot refund custom made items but will be glad to work with you before creating them to make sure you are happy with them.
