100% Fine Superwash Merino Single Ply Fingering Yarn – 360m/100g

This is a beautifully soft single ply Merino yarn with a smooth texture and gentle spring. The single ply construction creates a soft, slightly organic looking fabric with beautiful drape, making it perfect for sweaters, shawls, accessories and plain stockinette.

Made from 100% fine Superwash Merino Wool, it feels soft and comfortable directly against the skin while remaining light and breathable. Its smooth surface takes colour beautifully, giving excellent clarity to tonal, variegated and speckled colourways. Use it on its own for a lightweight fabric or hold it together with mohair or another lace weight yarn for additional softness and texture.

I use acid dyes that result in vibrant permanent colours. I recommend to handwash a ready item in cool water with as little movement as possible for best results. Some colours might bleed at first wash.
