This is a merino-nylon blend with a striking black-and-white base that adds built-in contrast to every colourway. Subtle shades stay interesting, while brighter colours really pop against the dark sections, giving depth and movement without overwhelming the knit.

High-twist, bouncy yarn has excellent resilience, meaning it springs back into shape after wear and washing instead of sagging out. The added twist improves durability and reduces pilling, making it ideal for projects that get a lot of use. It also gives crisp stitch definition, so textures, ribbing, and colourwork look clean and well defined. When knitted up, the black sections appear as irregular streaks, dashes, and broken lines running through the fabric. I use acid dyes that result in vibrant permanent colours. I recommend to handwash a ready item in cool water with as little movement as possible for best results. Some colours might bleed at first wash.
